The long-awaited hit game comes to Android! Enter the Darwinian world of a galactic mote. To survive, absorb smaller organisms and grow—but beware of larger predators! Features:
- Two game modes: Odyssey and Arcade. (Note that the demo only contains the first eight levels of the Odyssey.) Odyssey mode is a 27-level guided tour through the Osmos Blobiverse, while Arcade mode allows you to play any level type at your choice of difficulty. (72 levels total in full game.)
- Multitouch awesomeness: pinch to zoom, tap to eject mass, flick to warp time...
- Unique physics-based gameplay: to propel yourself you must eject matter behind you, causing you to shrink. From this fundamental balance, Osmos leads the player through ambient playgrounds, deep solar systems, competitive petri dishes, dense mote-fields, and more.
- Dynamic time-warping: slow down the flow of time to outmaneuver agile opponents; speed it up to raise the challenge
- Eight Distinct level types (only a small sampling of five of them appear in the demo): Ambient, Antimatter, Solar, Sentient, Impasse, Warped Chaos, Epicycles, and Repulsor.
- Sublime electronic soundtrack by Loscil, Gas/High Skies, Julien Neto, Biosphere, and more. (Not all music appears in demo.)
- Wind your way through simple and complex solar systems, feeling and using the force of Attractors and Repulsors. (Repulsors don't appear in demo.)
- Confront four distinct personalities of intelligent opponents, with goals and abilities similar to your own. (Only the easiest of the AI opponents - the Ovaium - appears in the demo.)
- Procedural content: play random versions of any level in Arcade mode. (Full version only.)
- Thirteen lucky achievements to earn. (Full version only.)

流動平台的全新操控方式造就了不少從未出現過的新式遊戲，Osmos 就是其中一款。Osmos 首先在 iOS 平台推出，更曾獲多個遊戲獎項，包括獲 App Store 選為 iPad 年度遊戲。遊戲極為出眾的畫面和充滿神秘感的音樂已經成為標誌。現在 Osmos 剛剛推出了 Android 版本，我們看看這款遊戲有甚麼厲害。

Osmos 的界面十分簡單，進入後會看到 Odyssey 和 Arcade 模式。玩家可以由較簡單的 Odyssey 開始。

遊戲之中，你所釋演的是一粒藍色的細胞。如果想移動，只要按細胞的背後位置就可以。例如想去左邊就按細胞的右邊。這樣便會噴出一小部分，推進細胞移動。要注意的是，每次推進都會令細胞變小一點，如果不斷加速便會令細胞快速縮小。所以推進時就好一下一下慢慢來。

遊戲的目的很簡單: 吞噬比自己小的細胞，慢慢變大成為版圖上最大的細胞。藍色的細胞代表比你小，可以吃。如果碰到紅色的細胞便會被吞噬。遊戲的奧妙之處就是不可以衝動，不斷推進反而會愈來愈小，但又要慢慢吃掉比自己小的細胞。

遊戲的版面有很多變化。例如這個就是像星體一樣，全部細胞都會圍著中間轉動。玩家要一邊轉，一邊嘗試吃其他細胞。如果軌道和中央太接近便會被吸引過去，然後被吞併。

另外，如果玩家想快一點，又不想讓細胞變小，可以在畫面的下方向左和右掃。向左掃是減慢遊戲速度，向右則是加速。一定要善用這個功能，不要時時靠細胞加速。
 

 
總結:
Osmos 遊戲規則和界面都十分簡單，但當中涉及的技巧卻不少。玩法十分創新，而且畫面方面是數一數二的出色。甚至連很多流動遊戲忽略的音樂都做得十分好。無論在 iOS 還是 Android 平台都是必玩遊戲。

    This is a simple widget that searches for and shows weather from the nearest available Weather Display compatible weather station using your devices location, or you can choose a weather station from a (growing) list.

    You can also configure the widget to point it to your own (or someone else's) weather station if you know the URL to the clientraw.txt file that the Weather Display software provides.

    In the paid version, update frequency is configurable to 2, 5, 10, 30 or 60 minutes. Or you can turn the scheduled update off. The paid version version also lets you set an option to show the current temperature in the Android notification bar.

    Underneath the 'weather description' line, the widget shows a series of up to 5 weather measurements (rain today, average windspeed in last 10 minutes, humidity, pressure and dew point temperature). These can be individually turned on or off.

    In the Paid version, temperature units are configurable to Celsius, Fahrenheit or Kelvin. Wind units can be knots, mph, kph, m/s. Humidity is displayed as a percentage figure. Pressure can be displayed in inches or millibars. Rain Units are configurable to mm or inches. The paid for version also has the option to show daily min/max temperature.

    The widget also shows a wind direction indicator (a white arrow) which points in the direction the wind is going. The arrow gets thicker if windspeed increases.

    A red up arrow is shown to the right of the temperature reading if the temperature is going up (in the last hour), or a blue down arrow is shown if it's going down.

    MANUAL:

    Controls

    ACCELEROMETER: Tilt the phone in the direction you want to move your Marble. Change the orientation option to FLAT (phone level to the ground), or FACING (phone upright facing you). CAMERA: Touch the screen on the far left or far right to rotate the camera left or right. Touch the top center or bottom center of the screen to pivot the camera up and down. JUMP: Flick the phone to perform a jump.

    JOYSTICKS: Use the left joystick to move your Marble and use the right joystick to rotate the camera. JUMP: Enable the Button option to use a button to jump. Enable the Flick option to use the phone flick to jump.

    Main Menu - touch the left or right side of the screen to switch between menu options (EASY, MEDIUM, HARD, EXTRAS)

    Settings - Change music and sfx volume and customize your control settings.
